chocolate chip raspberry brownies
exactly what you need for valentine’s day. sharing optional.
ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp melted vegan butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1¾ cup gluten free flour
¼ tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chunks
1/3 cup cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
3.5 oz fresh raspberries
directions:
preheat oven to 350.
in a bowl, whisk together eggs, maple syrup, butter and vanilla extract. add in flour, cocoa powder and baking soda, then whisk again until well combined.
fold in chocolate chunks and transfer batter to a greased baking dish (9x9 works best). top with raspberries and bake for 25-30 minutes depending on how ooey-gooey you like your brownies.
cut into nine pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar, then enjoy!
