edible cookie dough

for all of us that prefer the cookie dough over the baked cookie.

ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 c. super fine almond flour

  • 1/2 c. butter, softened

  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 3/4 tsp. sea salt

  • LOTS of chocolate chips & chunks

  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

directions:

using a hand mixer, beat butter & sugars together. add in vanilla extract & salt, followed by almond flour, 1/4 c. at a time. fold in chocolate & walnuts, then enjoy by the spoonfuls!

if you want to bake cookies, do so at 350 degrees until golden brown on the edges, so 10-12 minutes.

if you want to make a pizookie, bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.

will store up to a week in the fridge and a few months in the freezer.
