hi you, i’m Amanda! i am the founder, creator, and editor of AmandaFitLife, a healthy lifestyle blog. i originally started this blog back in 2014 in an attempt to hold myself accountable in my eating disorder recovery after relapsing. since then, i’ve recovered and am happy to say i’ve found a new vigor for life — a life that i’m excited and grateful to be able to share with you.

this blog has been a long time coming! and i’m so happy it’s finally here.
